Cire has most of it's seating outdoor, with the best one facing the theatrical view of the waters from high above. We have yet to fully grasp the entirety of it all even when our amuse bouche arrived on the table. We know than that nothing less than amazing was to be expected of the mahi - mahi to come. Grilled with green curry paste , the dish present an astounding 15 pickles for you to mix and match. That's right. And it confuses you briefly as your tongue endeavours to accustom itself to the different tastes, but it was like being spoiled for options.
